When payments are processed, data from spooled files are automatically merged with the appropriate check template(s) and sent to any secure MICR laser printer on your network, for the printing of laser checks with remittance details. As a result, additional capabilities such as sorting, signature rules and positive pay (check fraud alert) become part of the automated process, and are no longer manual steps.
